Our Apprenticeship Program is a transformative learning initiative tailored for individuals aged 15 to 22. Eligible individuals in our Bigs team, upon clinical approval, gain access to various apprenticeship roles lasting from 30 minutes to a couple of hours daily. The program operates on a quarterly basis, allowing clients to apply, interview, and initiate new job roles regularly. With each quarter's conclusion, participants receive an updated resume highlighting both mastered hard and soft skills. Active participants also enjoy a 30% discount on Café items. In the Vocational Lab, this program transcends traditional education by delving into intensive vocational experiences, offering a transition program for clients aged 19 and above. Dubbed "Adulting 101," this segment equips participants with life skills and fosters independence, providing hands-on community experience. The culmination of each quarter sees clients presenting their acquired skills and offering job tips during a job fair, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone shares their learning journey. This holistic program aims not just to educate but to empower our clients for a successful transition into adulthood.
